2. How

completed booking form, signed by the client, with the necessary deposit
or full payment if travel is within 40 days. A reservation is accepted
and becomes definite from the date TOWANDA Women has confirmed

travelling is required. TOWANDA Women or our agents reserve the right to
decline any reservation at their discretion.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance
policy covering trip cancellation for medical reasons; trip delay;
medical expenses; accidental death; lost baggage; and medical
evacuation. The New Zealand Accident Compensation (ACC) applies to
travellers while in New Zealand. This means motorcyclists are covered in
case of bodily injury while riding on the road.
However, travel insurance is highly advisable. TOWANDA Women reserve the
right to exclude anybody who can not produce proof of current travel
insurance.
If a client has to cancel for medical reasons, most cancellation
charges, less a small excess are covered by most travel policies.
TOWANDA Women accepts no liability for personal injuries and losses.

Complaints
In the event that a client has a complaint about any of the travel
arrangements, they must advise the relevant supplier and the tour leader
at the time and inform TOWANDA Women New Zealand in writing. If the
supplier and TOWANDA Women know about problems there will be an
opportunity to settle any grievance or complaint.

Changes to Tours
TOWANDA Women reserves the right to make route and programme
modifications as needed by weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
The decision is normally made by the tour leader at the time and is made
in the best interests of the group and their safety. TOWANDA Women
and/or their contracted suppliers cannot be held responsible for these
changes.

insufficient confirmed bookings for any given tour to operate up to 30
days before the starting-date. On the rare occasions when TOWANDA Women

Room Availability
You can choose between single or double room or twin share. If you book
a single room a surcharge applies. However, we need your understanding
that we can't always guarantee the availability of single rooms. Our
tours include authentic South Pacific experiences with a stay on a
marae. There are no single rooms available.
If you have booked twin share we will try to find a travel partner with
whom you can share a room. If no travel partner is found we will have to
arrange a single room for you and a surcharge will apply.
