Booking Conditions and Information
Payment
and Cancellation
*
A
non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is Payable at time of booking.
* Full
payment is required within 30 days of Tour commencement date.
* Once
full payment has been received, subsequent amendments will incur a
fee
of NZ$50.00.
* Cancellations
received within 14 days of Tour commencement will incur 50%
cancellation fee
* Cancellations
received within 48 hours of tour commencement will incur 100%
cancellation fee.
* Cancellation
due to medical reasons after you have received your travel
documents, or after commencement of your tour, refunds will be at
the discretion of Kiwi Max Limited.
* There
will be no refunds on any unused portion of your Tour, once travel
has commenced.
Alterations
to Itinerary
Amendments
to your tour may be necessary due to Weather and/or road conditions.
In the unlikely event that this occurs, you will be notified as soon
as possible. Should a major alteration be necessary, we reserve the
right to substitute activities with attractions of equal or greater
value. If this occurs prior to commencement of your Tour and you do
not wish to continue, we will waive any cancellation fees and
provide you with a full refund.
Travel
Insurance
* It
is strongly recommended that travel insurance is taken out to cover
the unlikely disruption, injury or cancellation during your Holiday.
* Travel Insurance should cover loss of deposit, personal baggage,
loss of money, injury, medical costs (for non New Zealand residents) and
flight change/cancellation/refunds.
Prices
*
All
prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of all
Government Goods and Services requirements.
*
Prices
were correct at time of publication, but maybe subject to change
without notice.
Children
At this time we
are not able to accommodate children under the age of 15, unless the entire
premises are booked.
Responsibility
Neither
Kiwi Max Tours, Kiwimax Ltd, nor their contracted agents and
representatives accept any liability for failure to provide any
services or operation described within any brochure, printed matter,
or Web page listing. The services provided are upon the terms and
conditions specified above. Nor do any of the parties above accept
any liability for any death, injury, delay, inconvenience, or
expense incurred arising out of or in connection with participation
or use of any or activity described in these pages.
The purchaser
expressly waives all and any rights, claims or remedies he/she or
his/her administrators or dependants may have against Kiwimax Ltd.
No employee or agent of Kiwimax Ltd has any authority whatsoever to
amend, cancel, or alter these conditions in any way.
