Having offered hosted, upmarket accommodation for nearly 25 years, the property has a choice of fifteen bedrooms and suites, all with breathtaking lake or alpine views.

The small boutique hotel, just four minutes walk from Queenstown’s centre, offers accommodation to suit a spectrum of budgets, from charming guest bedrooms with stunning views of Queenstown through to luxurious recently added suites.

From the eight recently built Villa Suites adjacent to the Main House, guests have options such as the honeymoon, studio or a luxurious Suite which feature private lake view decks, open fireplace sitting rooms, kitchenettes and laundry facilities.

The rooms in the original “Main House” building are cosy and charming with king, queen or twin bedrooms, all have ensuites bathrooms,lake and alpine views,European duvets and only comfortable pillows.

Host Louise Kiely and her friendly team ensure guests spend their time as relaxed and privately as they wish or as energetically and entertained.

The hotel is the perfect base to explore the Queenstown area which boasts myriad outdoor adventures such as skiing, jetboating, fishing, rafting and kayaking, cruises and nature walks.Golfers are welcomed and often join other guests on one of the spectaculor Golf courses,Kelvin Heights and Millbrook being favourites.

To start the day, a deluxe breakfast menu is offered in the Queenstown House Lake View Dining-room or in the privacy of a guest room.

Every evening guests are invited to a hosted complimentary pre-dinner get together to sample New Zealand wine, cheeses and seasonal treats, exchange experiences and share restaurant recommendations.

While dinner is available on request, Queenstown house is close to town where guests will find a vast selection of bars and restaurants comparable with busy cosmopolitan centres.
